Devonport Construction Ltd is headed by the Elliott family who are third and fourth generation of construction workers and provides the experience and skills necessary to our clients for all types of construction projects.  

We specialize in new builds, renovation projects and extensions and have carried out many projects throughout Devon and Cornwall. Our portfolio consists of small new build housing estates; individual house builds, renovations of buildings into letting units as well refurbishments to individual properties and extension both large and small.
