The project comprised of a large extension at the rear of the property and renovation of the existing House. The project not only provide extra space in the property for a large kitchen dining area but also made the most of the beautiful location and outdoor space. With stunning finishes added in the existing property to tie all the areas together.

Extension & Renovation of Foyer & Facilities.
Exciting project on a listed theatre in Southampton consisting of an extension & renovation to the existing Foyer area and disabled toilets to side elevation as well as new extended frontage to main elevation. Due to this being a commercial building which needed to be closed to the public the project was completed in a very tight timescale of 14 Week.

A major extension and groundwork’s contract.
This project was to create a large extension to the property overlooking the gardens. The gardens were landscaped with a water feature. On the side of the property we carried out major excavations to create a tunnel from the main property to the garden house. We followed on this project with construction of a bespoke Hardwood Orangery.
